Job description: 1. Help HR from different enterprises, providing effective Risk Control Employment background check service through all-round investigation methods. Contact with the candidates’ former employer(Human Resource Dept.) to verify their basic personal info. Communicate with the candidates’ former supervisor, co-workers, subordinates to view their performance. 2. Write candidates’ report according to the feedbacks of candidates’ former employers. 3. Update online candidate and reference information system. 4. Internal communication and cooperation to ensure high quality of work product. 职位描述: 1. 协助企业客户的人力资源部门,使用全面的调查手段,提供有效的招聘风险控制服务;联系应聘者的前任雇主进行信息核实;联系应聘者前任同事、上级、下属,对应聘者工作表现进行全面评估; 2. 独立制作应聘者的背景调查报告; 3. 更新在线应聘者和背景调查信息系统; 4. 为保证产品和服务质量进行必要的内部协调和沟通。 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, major in English or equal capability of using English as a tool of communication. Good communication and language skills. Strong attention to details with carefulness. An organized person and team player.
